General Conditions of Sale (GCS) of the company Origine Europe

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GCS") are concluded between:

And any natural or legal person making a purchase on the website www.origine.eu (hereinafter "the Customer").
These General Terms and Conditions govern the conditions of purchase and use of products sold on the e-commerce site of the company Origine Europe, specialized in the production and sale of spices and vanilla.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products offered by Origine Europe to the Customer via its website. Any order placed on the site implies the Customer's unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
Origine Europe offers a range of products, including spices and vanilla, presented as accurately as possible on the site. However, minor differences may appear due to the artisanal nature of the products or technical constraints of representation on the site.
3. Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Origine Europe reserves the right to modify prices at any time. However, the price invoiced to the Customer will be the one in effect at the time of validation of the order.
4. Order
To place an order, the Customer must create an account on the website www.origine.eu or place an order as a guest. Any order placed is firm and final once validated by Origine Europe. A confirmation email will be sent to the Customer with the details of the order.
Origine Europe reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute concerning a previous order.
5. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering by credit card or any other means of payment offered on the site. Transactions are secure and encrypted to guarantee data confidentiality.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made to European Union countries only. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination country and are displayed at the time of order validation.
Origine Europe undertakes to ship orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are specified when the order is confirmed. In the event of a delay in delivery beyond our control (force majeure, strike, etc.), Origine Europe cannot be held responsible.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European regulations, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products without having to provide a reason.
The Customer wishing to exercise his right of withdrawal must inform Origine Europe by e-mail to info@origine.com or via the withdrawal form available on the site. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, to the following address:

Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
8. Warranty and Conformity
Origine Europe guarantees the conformity of the products sold with the European regulations in force. In the event of a proven defect, the Customer has a period of two years from delivery to make a complaint to Origine Europe.
9. Liability
Origine Europe cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur following the use of the products. Origine Europe's liability is limited to the amount of the Customer's order.
10. Protection of personal data
Origine Europe is committed to respecting the confidentiality of personal data collected on its site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information collected is intended for order management and communication with the Customer. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by sending a request to info@origine.com .
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the site www.origine.eu , whether visual, textual or audio, are the exclusive property of Origine Europe and are protected by copyright. Any partial or total reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
12. Disputes and applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Liège.
13. Modification of the T&Cs
Origine Europe reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The new T&Cs will be applicable as soon as they are posted online and will apply to any new order.
