Spray drying is a process that transforms liquid ingredients into a fine, dry powder. In our process, the liquid extract is mixed with a tapioca-based carrier, then is sprayed onto hot air to create an easily soluble powder. After spray drying, the powder undergoes a Fluidized Bed Dryer process. This additional step ensures optimal storage performance and uniform particle characteristics.
